Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, June 8

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 671.74 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on T眉rkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,399 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Saturday.

The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0600 - 1200 GMT).

The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday鈥檚 electricity market shows an increase of 22.1% to around 671.74 million liras compared to Saturday.

The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,292.43 liras and 1,277.10 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,300.06 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0600 - 1200 GMT).

US$1 equals 39.28 liras at 2.13 p.m. local time (1113 GMT) on Saturday.
