The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on T眉rkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m local time (1800, 1900 GMT), according to official figures released on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 915.11 lira at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 11.3 % to around 1.68 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,591.60 liras and 2,574.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Monday was set at 3,399.01 liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,043 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.39 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Monday.
