The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 140% to 27.65 million Turkish liras on Thursday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Friday.
Total trade on Wednesday amounted to 11.51 million Turkish liras.
On Thursday鈥檚 spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 10,840.42 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 2.537 million cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received around 97 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Thursday.
US$1 equals 28.18 liras at 2.28 p.m. local time (1128 GMT) on Friday.
