The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,300.06 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Friday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0600 - 1200 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday’s electricity market shows an increase of 42.6% to around 550.72 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,067.6 liras and 1,048.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Friday was set at 1,996 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0600 - 1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.35 liras at 2.13 p.m. local time (1113 GMT) on Friday.
