The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,380 Turkish liras at 8 p.m local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,000 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 2.8 % to around 1.72 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,641.7 liras and 2,626 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Tuesday was set at 3,399 liras at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m local time (1800, 1900 GMT), while the lowest was set at 915.11 lira at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.39 liras at 2.38 p.m. local time (1138 GMT) on Tuesday.
